My business partner, Colin Kehler, and I are both top producing Realtors licensed with RE/MAX Real Estate (Mountain View). We both chose to join RE/MAX because it is the most dominate company in the Calgary real estate market with almost 40% of the market share. Both Colin & I became Realtors after successful career in the hospitality industry where we owned and operated restaurants in the late 90s and early 2000s. We each learnt the value of customer service from some of the best restaurant franchises (Earl's & The Keg) in the country. Taking the customer first approach and combining it with the backing of an international franchise in RE/MAX has lead to over a decade of success for each of us in the real estate industry. We are leaders when it comes to implementing technology and adapting to the changes in the real estate industry. Professional photography, virtual tours, floor plans, staging consultations and now drone aerial videos are just a few of the standard features you get when you list your home with Colin and myself. Over 90% of our business comes from repeat clients and/or their referrals of friends, family and neighbours. Giving back to the community is very important to both Colin and myself. A portion of every sale is donated to the Children’s Miracle Network. We are also active in supporting the local community association and volunteering as coaches in minor hockey and soccer leagues.
