Dr. Julius Ogunnariwo (aka Dr. O) started his Real Estate Career as a Real Estate Agent in the year 2000 at Realty Executives, Chinook, in Calgary. Within 8 months he became the #3 highest producer agent out of 68 Agents in the office. A year later, he joined Remax Real Estate (Central), a top-producing Remax office of about 250 realtors at that time. But Julius through hard work became one of the top producers in that office on a number of occasions. In a career that has spanned over 3 decades, he has won several Real Estate Awards in record times and he has won an award every year of his real estate practice. A happily married man to his wife, a caring father to his children, and a loving grandfather to his eight grandchildren. He is very caring to his extended family, always attending to their individual and collective needs. He remains an active and financial member of his village church at Ijebu Imusin and the Chapel of Resurrection, University of Ibadan. Currently an active member of the Beddington Pentecostal Church, NW Calgary. He is a well-respected community leader in the Nigerian and African communities as well as in the Calgary community in general. - Founding member and Past President (1994-1998) of the Nigeria Canadian Association of Calgary(NCAC), and remains a very committed member of the association. - Vice President (1999-2001) of the African-Caribbean Association of Calgary He has helped a lot of Nigerian families arriving in Calgary to settle down by assisting them to rent and eventually buy their own homes.
