Like his older brothers, he moved from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Alberta in the early 1990s and became a REALTOR® in 2005.
Living and specializing in North Central Edmonton (Inglewood/Westmount) for 20 years, and now residing in Braeside, St. Albert, Sean appreciates the appeal of a quaint neighborhood with mature trees and access to parks and trails.
Sean shares willingly his keen-eye for architecture & design, passion for real estate and in-depth market knowledge in Edmonton (“Festival City”) and in St-Albert (“The Botanical Arts City”). He has assisted clients moving to and from Leduc, Morinville, Stony Plain, and Sherwood Park and others relocating in Western Canada, thanks to his realtor referral network in Vancouver, Victoria, Calgary, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.
Whatever your age or life stage and time of year, as a RE/MAX Real Estate (Edmonton) Associate, Accredited Buyer’s Representative ABR® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist SRES®, Sean is here to serve and is recognized for his exceptional service and honesty.
Sean leads an active lifestyle as a former member of the Edmonton Volleyball Association, Sturgeon Valley Slo-Pitch League, and the Westmount Community Garden. Nowadays, summers are for golfing and cheering on his nieces and nephews on the baseball and soccer fields. Winters are embraced and filled with recreational curling at the St-Albert Curling Club, winter festivals, and ice skating. Favorites include Edmonton’s River Valley Parks; All is Bright on 124th, Silver Skate, and Flying Canoe.
Sean and his wife Stacey enjoy the local arts and cultural scene, an array of sports and recreation activities and volunteering. They support charitable organizations with a focus on children, education, and healthcare, through AdaptAbilities, Children’s Miracle Network, Edmonton’s Food Bank, and Rotary.
I service the Edmonton, Sherwood Park, Saint Albert, Stony Plain and Spruce Grove areas and specialize in Relocation and Buyer Brokerage.
