In December of 2008, I was hit by drunken driver and got into depression; my accounting practice was shrunk. It took me about 5 years to recovery my body. After I recovery, I decided to include real estate service in my accounting practice not only because I deal with a lot of real estate issues in my accounting practice but also I love the real estate. I worked as a part-time construction worker when I studied in the University, I renovated my accounting office including designing floor chart and layout, applying city permit, purchasing material, building suspended ceiling, partitioning the room, tiling, painting etc. In addition, I am a member of Certified Financial Planner, and I know how to solve my clients’ financial puzzle. I believe all of the skills will help me to be a good communicator and information provider to my real estate clients. I am marriage with two children: 22 years old daughter studying in SFU and 13 years old son studying in high school. I swim almost every day because swimming helps me maintain health body, reduce stress, and take away the car accident spine pains.
As a sole Practitioner of Certified General Accountant firm in Vancouver for 20 years, my practice includes personal and corporate tax returns, review and audit of company financial statements, and tax consultant services. In addition, I do as a tax seminar speaker during the tax reason for S.U.C.C.E.S.S., Chinese Christian Mission, and Taiwanese Canadian culture Society etc, and a Director of CGA Vancouver Chapter 1995-2004.
