I believe the best real estate results come from a place of trust, confidence, and ease. Because isn’t that the best way to start any kind of relationship?
I’ve seen the best of Canada, and have been lucky enough to live and work on both coasts. I was raised in Newfoundland, and spent over a decade in Alberta. But isn’t there just something so special about Victoria? This community has such a unique, stress-free atmosphere; and I think your real estate experience here should reflect that. Why spend time in a stuffy office when we can grab a coffee and head to the harbour to chat?

Sure, all real estate agents can say they understand how you’re feeling, but I’ve actually been there and done that – or more so, I’ve bought there and sold that. I’ve been a first-time buyer, investor, contractor, and landlord. So I’m able to see every real estate interaction from multiple points of view, rather than from just one inexperienced perspective.

Owner, seller, contractor: I guess you could say I’ve worn a lot hats over the years, but I think that real estate agent is the best fit.
I spent 6 years in the veterinary medicine field, which may seem like a pretty big career leap, but I’m constantly using the skills and experience I gained during that time in my current real estate position. Sure, my clients are (usually) not as furry or cute, but it’s really about the same things: service, compassion, and getting your client what’s best at the right time. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with family and friends, donating to the BC SPCA Victoria Branch, or hanging out at the dog park with Bex.

I started my real estate career with a goal to redefine the industry with a fresh work ethic and sincere dedication. And it hasn’t gone unnoticed; I’ve been recognized with multiple awards such as the RE/MAX 100% Club in 2014, Platinum Club 2015, and RE/MAX of Western Canada Top 100 in November 2014 and May 2015.
