Born and raised in St. John’s, Vaughan Underhay has been involved in sales, marketing, and community service for over 40 years. After attending Memorial University of Newfoundland, Vaughan realized that people were going be the foundation of his business. Helping them solve problems and offering solutions would be his calling. Since then, he has gone on to attain many national and international sales awards, the prestigious Lifetime of Achievement Award with RE/MAX, held management positions with two international companies, developed the marketing plan and assisted in the opening and growth of Costco St. John’s. He has maintained a keen interest in giving back to the community through various charitable organizations and actively participates in the RE/MAX Miracle Home Program for children’s hospitals. He supports school organizations and other charities in his community and volunteers at food banks, soup kitchens, and where ever there’s need. He holds professional designations in Buyer representation (ABR from the National Association of REALTORS®) and a Relocation Specialist designation from CERC (Canadian Employee Relocation Council).
