Kapil’s commitment to success shows in everything he does. Purchasing his first investment property in 2005, stirred an interest in real estate and gave him a new career direction. A background in general management provided him insight in building his business but simply wasn’t enough of a challenge for an ambitious professional. Shifting his focus to real estate was exactly what Kapil needed, 13 years later he has never looked back. Kapil now puts his strong negotiation skills to work and employs a strategic mindset to marketing his clients properties. Moving to the GTA as a young teen from Amritsar, India shaped his personality and made him tenacious, hard-working and appreciative of the opportunity his parents had given him. His broad knowledge of the GTA comes from living and working in both the East and West ends and as a current resident of Brampton further knowledge of Peel Region. Over the years he has extended his skills into the residential and commercial sectors so he can represent, Sellers, Buyers and investors alike. On the personal side, Kapil is a family man, he and his wife Ranjit try to spend plenty of quality time together with their son Shaan. Kapil is a Torontonian at heart and a keen sports supporter who realizes the life skills that come from being part of a team. His own fun, is found in improving his kids soccer and basketball skills and travelling abroad.
