Let me introduce myself...my name is Karen and I've been a successful REALTOR® since starting my real estate career with Re/Max in 1992. I've experienced numerous shifts in the real estate market over the past years, and that experience has allowed me to educate both buyers & sellers with confidence. One thing that has remained unchanged in my 33 year career is my commitment to my clients. Being honest, compassionate & reliable are my strongest assets and the contributing factors to my success. I've always offered a high level of quality service. In addition to being a real estate Broker, during the time from 2005 thru 2022, I offered local property management services. I was fully licensed holding OCLM (Ontario Condominium Licensed Manager) designation. I resigned from this position in 2022 so that I could focus solely on my real estate career, which has always been my passion. I'm well versed and deeply knowledgeable when it comes to understanding condominium living and condominium documents. This knowledge has allowed me to inform buyers about the pro's and con's of condominium living and help them have a better understanding about condominium documents (there are a ton of them). Since 2019, I've been working with a new home builder, Carriageview Construction, and I proudly sell his custom-built homes in the Brantford & Brant County area. I'm happily married to my husband Gord and we'll be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year. We have two beautiful children, and have pets. During my down time, I enjoy golfing, boating, travelling, and relaxing at our family cottage.
