Sylvia Perdue

Sylvia began her Real Estate career at the young age of 18, in 1973, servicing Mississauga and the Greater Toronto Area. She was the recipient of numerous sales awards during her "selling years" averaging 50 deals per year. In 1989 she ranked number 24 on the "Top 100 RE/MAX Canada" list and number 42 on the "Top 100 RE/MAX International" list. Managing RE/MAX Realty Specialists Inc, the Sherwoodtowne location since 1990, Sylvia was the very first manager to receive the "Manager of the Year" award from RE/MAX Ontario Atlantic Canada in 1997 for "unsurpassed professional contribution". In 1999, the "National Relocation Real Estate Magazine", a U.S. publication, named her in the "TOP 300 Power Brokers". Sylvia is a graduate of the Global Institute for Leadership Development and has been a featured speaker at local and international RE/MAX Conventions on topics such as "Building Careers", "Training Salespeople" and “Powering Her RE/MAX Office to the top.” In 2014, Sylvia was awarded “Manager of the Year” for all of Canada by RE/MAX LLC at the International convention in Las Vegas. In 2019, RE/MAX Ontario/Atlantic Canada awarded Sylvia again with “Manager of the Year” for all of Ontario. With her firm grasp of marketing techniques, experienced knowledge of the Real Estate industry, training skills and enthusiastic dedication to her salespeople it is no wonder that her office is one of the top producing RE/MAX offices in Mississauga.
