Brandon Hughes is a commercial real estate professional with RE/MAX Commercial Capital, a boutique, Alberta owned commercial real estate brokerage and asset management firm. RE/MAX Commercial Capital forms part of a global company operating with 11,000+ dedicated and exclusive commercial agents in 90+ countries. Brandon is an integral part of an accomplished and productive brokerage team; he has over 7 years of direct experience managing complex commercial real estate transactions including: acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, asset underwriting & valuations, discounted cash flow analysis, purchase vs lease decisions and land development. He operates within the Greater Edmonton Area with his team consisting of Darin Luciow, Brandi Guerrero and Scott Hughes. Brandon holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from the University of British Columbia with a specialization in Real Estate Development. Brandon has received the globally recognized CCIM designation. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member and denotes globally that the holder has completed advanced coursework in financial analysis and has demonstrated extensive experience with specific transaction volume requirements (+$30M) in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial real estate investment valuations and sales. Additionally, Brandon was nominated in 2022 to be 1 of 8 finalists within Canada for the Outstanding Young Leader Award in the Canadian commercial real estate industry, presented at the Toronto Real Estate Forum. Brandon continues to pursue higher education and is currently enrolled with the Australian Institute of Business, taking his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Management. Brandon is scheduled to graduate in 2025.
