Charlotte Smith has called the Vermilion area home for more than 40 years. Raised in Innisfree, she studied Journalism at SAIT before beginning a 27-year career in advertising sales and marketing with the Vermilion Standard. Those years gave her an in-depth understanding of the local market and helped her build strong relationships throughout the communities she now serves. Following her retirement from the newspaper industry, Charlotte changed directions , and worked in the home renovation industry, specializing in kitchen and bath design. That experience sharpened her eye for layout, functionality, and the features that make a house feel like home. Since joining RE/MAX Prairie Realty in 2020, Charlotte has built her business on honesty and genuine client relationships. Whether you're buying your first home, selling a family acreage, investing in commercial property, or searching for the perfect place to call home, Charlotte is committed to making the process as smooth and successful as possible. Deeply involved in her community, Charlotte has authored a local history book, volunteered on fundraising initiatives that helped raise more than $1.4 million for senior housing, and believes in giving back to the communities that have supported her throughout her career. When she's not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, including her son Clayton, daughter-in-law Nicole, their Black Lab Bones, and her daughter Lemonee.
