A native Calgarian who is well-connected in northwest Calgary with many ties to various Community Sports Associations, Charmaine Richter offers a new kind of twist to Residential Real Estate.

For the past 20 years, Charmaine has been emersed in the hospitality & tourism industry working with high-end, luxury resort properties in Western Canada. In her role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Charmaine has lead many successful sales teams and has become a master at creating unique memories and curating experiences that garnered her an 85% repeat customer base, year after year.

Charmaine’s ability to tap into dis-serviced and under-performing market segments, her out-of-the-box creatively and her fearlessness of failing attitude resulted in her former company, Copper Point Resort in Invermere BC, to be the top producing independent resort in the Canadian Rockies and in 2019 Kootenay Business Magazine named her as a Top 10 Business Person. That same year she was also nominated as a Top Woman of Influence in Business for the Kootenay Rockies Region.
