Hi, I’m Dave Nicholson, Broker/Manager with RE/MAX House of Real Estate in Calgary, AB. As a real estate professional, I am dedicated to providing premiere customer service to all of my customers. I specialize in residential properties, mainly in North Calgary, but I am very comfortable with all areas of our great City and surrounding locations, and also have membership in the ICI Division of the Calgary Real Estate Board for commercial properties. I am proud to have been awarded the CCS designation from the Calgary Real Estate Board as a Certified Condominium Specialist. My extensive background in customer service leads me to believe that my personalized service program sets us apart from the “look-alike” companies in our industry. I have been in the real estate industry since March 1998, and have been awarded Top office Salesperson for several months and earned a top 10 position for sales in my office for several Years.
