David immigrated to Canada with his family in 1989 and settled in Edmonton. After completing a Petroleum Engineering Technology Diploma at NAIT he spent many years working for some of the biggest oil companies in the world as a consultant. Eventually he got bit by the real estate bug, became a realtor, and the rest is history. As a multi award-winning realtor who has sold over $100,000,000 worth of real estate, David has now branched out into property ownership with multiple positive cash flow income properties under his belt. As a number’s enthusiast, David prides himself in expert market evaluation and is your go-to realtor for market stats, analysis, and trend reporting. During his downtime you will find David enjoying local restaurants and cafes, playing soccer, watching hockey (go Oilers!) and donating to local animal shelters.
