“We’re Your Guys” We are the Edmonton Real Estate Guys, a family-driven team rooted in Alberta, passionate about people, homes, and community. From surrounding areas of Fort Sask, Sherwood Park, and Edmonton’s Blatchford and Summerside communities, our deep local ties fuel our commitment to helping families find the right place to build their future. As a licensed Alternative Green Energy Realtor, we lead in sustainable housing solutions. We’ve also been tech pioneers—embracing social media in 2008, Matterport and virtual staging in 2014, drone video in 2017, and AI tools in 2020—to give our clients every advantage. Our reputation is built on consistent 5-star reviews, recognition in REMAX’ 100% and Top 10% Clubs, and our ability to tailor solutions to each client’s unique needs. We believe in win/win relationships that last. Meet the Team Sam Ireland – Veteran Realtor, green energy specialist, and seniors designation SRES helping folks navigate housing transitions later in life.
