She is also a Real Estate investor, Professional Accountant (CPA-CMA), Professional Speaker and business builder. She went from living her father’s dream (which was to get a university degree, become a professional, get a job and marry a rich man), to her own dream and became a millionaire in her own right in less than two years. She started to teach others how to buy real estate, and yet she learned the best way to help others to take action was to become a REALTOR®, with special emphasis working with investors and home owners. Selena became a Realtor® late 2008 and practices in Edmonton and surrounding area. She has helped many clients purchase or sell their homes or investment properties. She has a proven system and Power Team to assist her clients: from finding great cash flow properties at below market price to property management. Negotiating is Selena’s area of expertise and she has a great deal of fun in the process. She believes that everyone has the right to be rich, to be happy and to enjoy life with their loved ones.
