Hello there! I’m Simone Bredlow and I have been a realtor since 2017 serving Wetaskiwin, Millet, Leduc, Pigeon Lake and the surrounding Counties. I take a lot of pride in the reputation I have built; my clients will tell you I am brutally honest; have a strong work ethic and I am not only knowledgeable about the real estate market but also the communities I work in. Over the years I have developed an excellent network of contacts within the community to assist my clients with any homeowner needs that may arise. My husband Paul and I have been a team now for 25 years not only at home but also recently in real estate. When you hire one of us you will also receive the support of the other! Our focus is residential real estate within the city and in the county, listing homes to get the most value for our sellers. I put together a professional marketing plan and product that will make your listing shine online and in person! I love working with buyers to help find them the perfect home for their needs and wants or to help clients find a great investment property to expand their portfolio. On the personal side of things my greatest accomplishment has been the journey of raising our two beautiful daughters, Grace and Abigail. Grace is going to be graduating in 2024 as a registered nurse from the University of Alberta and Abigail is finishing her apprenticeship as a hair stylist here in Wetaskiwin. Both my girls are strong and independent, and I am very proud! Getting into real estate was the best decision I have made professionally; I love my job and the people I get to work with!! I look forward to many more years of service within the community!
