His personal real estate investment experience includes long-term buy and hold rentals, permitted and unpermitted secondary suites, apartment buildings, furnished short/long-term rentals, and the buy, renovate and refinance/resell model. Steve lives in the university area of Edmonton with his wife and energetic twin boys. He loves being active outdoors with friends and family doing things like rock and ice climbing, skiing, and hiking.
