Similar to many people in Greater Vancouver, I moved here from somewhere else; Calgary, AB. I came for a visit and never went home after falling in love with the spectacular views and the mild winters. That was 22 years ago. Over the years, I've worked in customer focused sales positions; the last 15 years as a wholesale sales agent for a large optical company with British Columbia as my territory.

My first exposure to the real estate market in BC was in 1997 when I purchased my first condo at the age of 20 and discovered right away how much fun it was to fix it up and to make it my own. The feeling you get by knowing you’re investing into your own future and no longer paying rent was a powerful experience. Over the next 15 years, my wife and I would purchase a few different town homes, fix them up and then resell them with the hope we would eventually be able to purchase a detached home to raise our growing family. In 2010 we moved back to the Tri-Cities after spending a few years in the community of Steveston. We realized how much we had been missing the view of the mountains from our daily routine.

As our family grew, my desire to travel less and be home with my kids more grew to the point that it was time to make a change in careers. My history of fixing and flipping homes and years of customer service led me to become a Realtor. My desire now is to assist others in discovering the benefits of home ownership; whether it’s as your primary residence or an investment property to help grow your retirement savings. Put my knowledge, passion and negotiation skills to work for you!
