Cheri Sutherland

About Me

Cheri is a true Vancouver Island girl born in Victoria, growing up in Sooke and later living in Victoria and Langford. Cheri returned to Sooke in 1992 where she lives with her husband Les and raised two Children, Emily and Iain. Cheri sold real estate from 1979-1981 and then ran her own retail business for 20 years. In 2005 Cheri joined John Vernon with RE/MAX Camosun Westside as part of the team. October 2018, Cheri is now working on her own and very excited for this new chapter of her real estate career.. Cheri works in the Sooke, Westshore and Victoria areas. Cheri has a special love and appreciation for Sooke and surrounding areas. She brings a wealth of knowledge and her always friendly manner to her work. Cheri enjoys finding the “perfect home” for her buyer clients. She prides herself on going that “extra mile” for all her clients to make the buying or selling experience an enjoyable one.

Cheri loves to bake and cook, hang out with friends and family., and do a bit of traveling. Her passion is reading and in January 2020 she became a Steward for and opened a Free Little Library Charter #96654.

She now has two, one for Adult mainstream fiction and the other for Kids and Youth books. Cheri loves sharing books and maintaining her library.
