Courtney's professional journey began with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. She then earned a degree in Public Relations and Communications in Toronto and spent several years in digital marketing, working with sports, travel, and hospitality companies. One of Courtney's career highlights include working for the Raptors during their championship season in 2019!
