Dave Procter was born and raised in Comox and knows better than anyone the real estate opportunities that exist in the Comox Valley.

A realtor since 1978 and co-owner of RE/MAX Ocean Pacific Realty since 1987, he is now the sole owner of the offices in the Comox Valley with a new Managing Broker, Marty Douglas taking the place of the now retired Jim Gordon. Dave has consistently ranked among Vancouver Island's top-selling realtors. He's helped more than 3,000 families find their home in the Comox Valley and has recorded the Valley's highest MLS sales volume every year but one from 1992 to 2001, when they stopped awarding the honour.
