Commercial Real Estate & Business Transactions. Handled with clarity, care, and perspective. I work across commercial sales and leasing, from smaller deals to more complex, multi-party transactions, including asset and share transactions that often require thoughtful structuring and coordination across multiple parties. Over the years, working across different industries has taught me how to quickly understand the business behind each opportunity, and how different parties think, whether as buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. My background in business development and consulting continues to shape how I approach transactions, not just as real estate, but as decisions with real operational and financial impact. Earlier in my career, I was involved in advising buyers during the 2008 market downturn at a Hong Kong–based property development firm in Beijing. That experience shaped how I think about risk, timing, and responsibility, and still influences how I guide clients today. What matters to me is not the size of the deal, but the weight it carries for the people involved. Some transactions are large and complex, others are smaller, but no less important. I approach each one the same way, staying close to the details and making sure things are handled properly from beginning to end. Outside of work, I enjoy painting and cooking. I also spend time supporting new immigrants as they settle in, and stay involved in initiatives for children with autism. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that, beyond transactions, this work is ultimately about people.
