Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 15 years working in the construction and petroleum industries, where accountability, preparation, and solving problems under pressure were simply part of the job. That mindset still guides the way I work today. Successful outcomes don't happen by chance. They come from preparation, market intelligence, strategic pricing, and confident negotiation. Every client has different goals, which is why I take the time to understand what's important to you before we build a plan together. I don't measure success by the number of transactions I complete.
