I've been helping people buy and sell homes for nearly 2 decades.

I've come to understand that this business, as much as anything else, is about human connection. I recognize that for most of us, the buying or selling of a property means more than simply investing in a market. It's a very personal, and often emotional, life decision.

My intention is always to see myself in my clients. I listen, not only to discover and understand their real-estate needs, but to discover and understand them as people. It's about building a trusting relationship for what can be one of the biggest decisions of a person's life.

I've been through the process of buying, building and selling my own homes, and so I understand the significance of the moment. Through these personal experiences, and through the last decade of buying, building and selling with clients, I've learned the importance of balancing the heart and the head. In order to find people their ideal home with the best possible investment potential, it's necessary to balance the emotions of the market with logic and good data.

I seek to empower my clients by educating them about the market. I have an eye for presentation and I understand modern marketing.

Ultimately I'm in this business because I like people. I like meeting good people and building lasting, quality relationships. I'm a natural nurturer, and it's important to me that people feel taken care of during these important life-moments, so I'm always available to listen and to help navigate the waters of the market.
