Originally born and raised in Alberta, moving to the West Coast was a dream come true. After traveling around the world, I feel incredibly lucky to call Vancouver Island home and I love helping others discover what makes this place so special. For me, real estate is more than just a profession; it’s a calling that perfectly aligns with my love of connecting with people. As an experienced licensed REALTOR® in Victoria, BC, I hold the Accredited Real Estate Negotiator (AREN) designation and specialize in first time buyers, single family homes, character homes, new construction, investment properties, condos and luxury properties throughout Greater Victoria. I approach every client with genuine dedication, putting their goals and best interests first. I believe in honest advice, clear communication, personalized service and strong negotiation while making sure my clients feel supported and confident throughout the entire process. To me, it’s more than a transaction; it’s a partnership built on trust. I’m incredibly proud that much of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals. I’m an avid animal advocate and proudly support local animal rescue efforts, dedicating a portion of my sales to help make a difference. I also contribute a percentage of each sale to the Children’s Miracle Network, with 100% of those proceeds benefiting the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me hiking, exploring a new beach, enjoying the outdoors or simply taking in everything this incredible island has to offer.
