Katharine Schroeder is the Operations Manager for CDW & Associates & an Owner of REMAX Commercial Advantage, having received her formal real estate training through the UBC Sauder School of Business. The latest addition to the team, Katharine joined as an Unlicensed Assistant to Charles & Marty nearly a year ago as she continued to finish her schooling. Born and raised in Abbotsford as well, Kat attended Rick Hansen Secondary School and the University of the Fraser Valley where she graduated with a Diploma in Business Administration. For a decade she worked and managed a well known global currency exchange branch here in Abbotsford, before deciding it was time for a change. Kat's background in numbers and customer service, combined with her organizational and time management skills, makes her a valuable asset to CDW & Associates as she handles everything behind the scenes, so the team can continue to be successful.
