As a true entrepreneur, after finishing my Bachelors of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership at Kwantlen Polytechnic University, a regular 9-5 job was just not a fit for me and I was unhappy with my career.
Shortly after, I bought my first townhome with my wife. The developer of the complex had a promotion that they would pay $3000 to anyone that referred a friend to purchase a townhome. At that point, my entrepreneurial spirit and my love of people came to fruition as I referred 3 friends to purchase townhomes in the complex within just 3 weeks!
Having realized that my talent for real estate sales was just as high as my passion for the industry, my career aspirations became crystal clear and I quit my job to pursue a full time career in real estate. I took my father's advice on how to build an business and decided to work exclusively by referral so that I could focus on doing the best job for my clients rather than focusing on prospecting for business. My dad always said that if you do a good job for people they will refer you..... and he was right as usual!
Six years later, I must say that I made the right decision. The most rewarding part of building a real estate business is working with great clients. I get to help my clients move onto new chapters of their lives while also helping them to become wealthy through the power of real estate. What can be better than that?
Currently I serve the entire Lower Mainland as I have worked everywhere from West Vancouver to Abbotsford and everywhere in between over the last six years. As I work exclusively by referral, I go where my clients go and it has given me an immense amount of experience and knowledge about almost every area in Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley.
I service the Surrey, Burnaby, Vancouver, Richmond and Langley areas.
