Buying a home comes with a lot of noise: listings, pricing, strata documents, financing, neighbourhoods, and plenty of opinions about what you “should” buy. My role is to help you cut through that noise and understand what actually makes sense for you. I work primarily with first-time home buyers across Downtown Vancouver, Kitsilano, Burnaby, and Surrey, with a focus on condos and urban homes. I bring a genuine interest in architecture and interior design to the search, but I also look beyond how a home presents. I want my clients to understand what they’re buying, what compromises are worth making, and where their money is best spent. My approach is straightforward: understand what matters to you, give you an honest perspective on each property, and make sure you have the right information to make a decision with confidence. For me, the best outcome isn’t simply getting the keys. It’s looking back on your first purchase and knowing you made a smart one.
