For Nazli Siahmakoon, real estate has never been simply about the transaction. With more than a decade of experience across real estate and property management in British Columbia, Nazli has built her career around understanding the full life of a property — from acquisition and leasing to the day-to-day decisions that protect its value and keep it performing. Her experience includes the management and oversight of a portfolio of more than 800 rental homes, along with leasing, tenant relations, owner services, financial administration, maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance. Working at the operational level has given her a perspective that is often missing from a traditional real estate conversation: understanding not only what a property is worth today, but what it takes to manage it well over time. Today, Nazli brings that perspective to her work as a Realtor and Property Management professional.
