Nicole graduated from Victoria's St. Margaret's School in 1988, and moved to Toulouse, France to attend a school for international students, while working as an au pair. Upon her return to Canada, she completed her insurance courses and worked in the general insurance field for 13 years in Victoria and Vancouver. Knowing that her real passion was in Real Estate, she pursued and successfully completed her Sales Associate qualifications with the Sauder School of Business at UBC. She took the opportunity to work in the same business as her Mother, Deedrie Ballard, one of RE/MAX's top agents in Victoria. Nicole has always been active in the community, giving her time to sit on boards, organize charity events and participate in local activities. Specifically, she was on the Board of the Young Associates of the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, co-chaired events for The Victoria Symphony, has chaired United Way Campaigns, and compiled a Network Group of 19 Realtors in Greater Victoria that meet bi-weekly. After a successful career in insurance and extensive travel around the world, Victoria is now her home and she is pleased to work out of the RE/MAX Camosun office. She looks forward to getting to know you and providing you with professional and personal service in buying or selling your home.
