  I have been providing my Real Estate and marketing services in Salmon Arm and throughout the Shuswap since 1993. I also previously had over 5 years of hands on Real Estate marketing, design and advertising experience.  I have on staff a full time assistant (for the past 12 years) with over 20 years of Real Estate related experience. This personally is a tremendous help to me, but it is also a huge benefit and asset for all my clients.  By having someone in office to deal with the day to day operations required, it allows me the time and energy to focus on what I love to do, and that is marketing and selling Real Estate. Although I have never strived to be number #1, or any number for that matter,  I have continuously been in the top percentages of all Realtors year after year.  I am very happy and proud that over 90% of my business is repeat clientele, or a direct result of past clients and or friends referrals.
