Downtown is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. Downtown is reasonably quiet, as there are usually low levels of noise from traffic, although that is not the case closer to the railway line. On the other hand, it is very easy to get to green spaces in the neighbourhood since there are about 20 of them close by for residents to discover. Finally, even though this area is not known for its lively atmosphere, finding one of the a few bars is very easy as they are generally located around the corner.
