As a licenced real estate agent born and raised in Vancouver, Ray is very connected to his hometown. He has helped many first-time home buyers and is well-versed in single and multi-family construction. Ray began his career at a young age because he found passion in all things real estate. With extensive knowledge of construction and marketing of real estate, he has sold over $10 million in transactions. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Business specializing in Entrepreneurial Leadership, he is highly analytical and deeply understands negotiations, marketing, financing, and professional communication – all of which he uses to provide his clients with the best experience possible. Furthermore, throughout his university experience, he was able to singlehandedly raise $25,000 in scholarships to help the lower-income Canadians attend post-secondary school. When he’s not working, you can find Ray playing competitive ice hockey, mountain biking in the North Shore, or playing badminton tournaments in Richmond. He enjoys playing all sports and exploring the beautiful outdoors of B.C. On the rainy days of Vancouver, you can find him in the garage likely wrenching on his cars!
