Born and raised in Iran, I embarked on a journey to Canada in 1992 to further my education. My life took an unexpected turn due to my faith as a member of the Baha'i community in Iran, which, for the past four decades, had been denied the opportunity to pursue higher education. I am immensely grateful to now call Canada home, a nation that offers unparalleled freedom and endless opportunities for those who are willing to work hard to seize them. Upon my arri-val, I eagerly enrolled at the University of British Columbia, where I completed my studies and earned a Bachelor's degree in science. It was during my time at the university that I began to nurture a deep-seated passion for real estate, a dream I had cherished since my youth. I often found myself engrossed in conversations with my father, discussing the possibilities of property acquisition and house con-struction, eager to explain the incredible benefits of real estate investments.
