About Sandra

Buying my first home was terrifying and exciting at the same time, as I became an instant landlord as well homeowner. It was also the most empowering decision I have made! It completely changed my thinking. My first career as an Early Childhood Educator had me fine tuning my negotiation skills --- twenty five preschoolers in one room, five days a week can do that:) But I was bitten by the real estate bug and began to acquire investment properties. Now I was a landlord times 15! Then came the renovation bug... So it made sense to change gears and become a licensed realtor which I signed on in 2007 and absolutely love it! The biggest thrill for me is when I find "the one" and I hand over the keys on moving day! It is an honour to be a part of such an amazing moment in my client's lives. It's important to me to be involved in my community in East Vancouver. I'm currently the Chairperson of the fundraising committee for Mount Pleasant Neighbourhood House --- a not for profit agency serving the needs seniors, youth and new immigrants. In my spare time, I like to be with my friends playing ice hockey, golf, tennis, snowboarding, eating and shoe shopping.
