In 2007 Steven came to Kelowna as VP of Sales and Marketing for a local internet based company which also saw massive growth during his time on the executive. After a short time in Kelowna he decided the children were now old enough for him to move back into the real estate market full time. Steven felt his extensive real estate experience combined with the high tech marketing knowledge he had gained during his sabbatical would give his clients a distinct advantage in a market where over 90% of the buyers now use the web to decide which homes to short list and view.
The results proved his theory correct. It quickly became apparent that the mix of Steven’s extensive real estate experience and internet marketing savvy was exactly what clients in this area needed to beat out what was fast becoming a very tough selling environment. As a result of their success in 2010 Steven and his wife Annette decided to invest heavily to grow the business in 2011. The goal was to build a client support and marketing team to offer a new and innovative approach to real estate. The mission was to work harder AND smarter to provide the very best service results possible.
