King George Corridor is a reasonably good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced environment. This part of the city is quiet, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic - however some parts can be quite loud, especially around Highway 99 or the railway line. Lastly, it is easy to reach public green spaces from the majority of locations within the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them close by for residents to visit.
