Susan grew up in various areas of the Lower Mainland including Vancouver, Burnaby, North Delta, Surrey, and Langley, so she is familiar with many neighbourhoods. She attended UBC, completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated from UBC Law. After being called to the bar, she practiced Corporate/Commercial law. Having been brought up in a family of entrepreneurs, Susan left law to own and operate two franchised businesses. For 27 years she has garnered extensive experience in customer relations, marketing, accounting, and employee management. Susan has been involved in the construction and ownership of both commercial and residential properties, leading into her transition into Real Estate. Susan has lived on the west side of Vancouver for over 20 years, raising a son and a daughter with her husband, Phil. In her spare time, Susan is an avid runner. Susan is a proud supporter of Children's Miracle Network making a donation with every purchase and sale.
