About Me

Tim Down, Associate Broker, is uniquely qualified with over 35 years of professional real estate experience in marketing and sales, valuation, appraisal, property assessment and corporate consulting. Tim specializes in the marketing and sale of commercial, industrial and investment properties, development land as well as farms and ranches, executive, estate and waterfront residences.

He has worked extensively throughout the Province of British Columbia including Vancouver Island, Okanagan, Lower Mainland, and Northwest Regions with a diverse, strategic network of real estate professionals and clients across Canada.

Now centrally based in Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island, he continues to travel throughout the Province assisting clients with a variety of real estate sales, leasing and consulting assignments.
