Spent the first 14 years in Winnipeg Manitoba. Moved to British Columbia 1979. Grew up in Royal York area of North Delta. Attended Burnsview Junior High school and then Seaquam Senior Secondary, graduating 1982. After graduation my family owned and ran the Rodeo Drive Inn at #10 Hwy and 152nd St. I followed my family into Real Estate, with my dad, Murray Murdoch, starting in 1982 first with Century 21 and then Remax Performance in North Delta and my mother, Joan Murdoch, in 1988 where she worked at Olympic realty. I joined in 1992 with my first year at Homelife Benchmark in the Scottsdale mall in North Delta and then joined Joan a year latter. In 2000 Joan and I made our transition to Remax 2000 until both her and Murray retired. After learning to work for my clients through the tough markets in the early 1990's it has been a wonderful 30+ years to date of meeting new clients and friends everyday and helping them through their life time journey of home ownership. At this point I have had 26 consecutive years on the Medallion awards list meaning top 10% in the industry and look forward to many more. Licensed to sell Real Estate throughout BC, I stick to the greater Vancouver areas, having sold homes from Whistler to Hope. i do specialize mostly in the Fraser Valley with a special emphasis on the North Surrey or Guildford, Whalley and Bolivar Heights areas. My outside interests are Downhill Skiing, Hockey, Fishing, Golf and Hawaii. Those people reading this from my areas of marketing will know I run a couple Trip o Hawaii contests over the year. Buyers and sellers, as well as a separate contest for clients who refer business to me, are entered into a draw to win a trip for 2 to Kona Hawaii. I love Hawaii and the opportunity to share it with some of my lucky clients and friends.
