Tom Whitfield

Tom Whitfield of RE/MAX Anchor Realty is reliable, trustworthy, offers insightful market knowledge, attention to detail, timely response, exceptional service and a highly informative website. Recent sales awards include the RE/MAX Platinum Club in 2011 to 2015 plus the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2012.

Tom began his real estate career in 2005 after having spent 30 years in the forest industry. Starting out as a naturalist guide followed by tree-planting, fire fighting and timber cruising, Tom eventually became a professional Forester in both BC and Ontario.

Current community involvement includes leadership roles in the planning of our Qualicum Beach Day celebration held in each year in July on the beach, as President of the Brown Property Preservation Society and as a Heritage Forest Commissioner for the Town of Qualicum Beach. The Heritage Forest is 50 acres of old growth within the Town which the Society saved from development through fund raising and the subsequent purchase of the Lands which are now protected and preserved as is in perpetuity. Tom’s personal enthusiasm, regional knowledge, and local service contacts facilitate an enjoyable home search and relocation for his clients. Tom excels at matching buyers needs with the best properties available. He expertly introduces clients to their retirement dream home, vacation or investment property, a roomy home amenable to a young and growing family, or acreage on which to build. Highly recommended. Call Tom.

I service the Nanoose Bay, Qualicum Beach, Fairwinds, Deep Bay and Parksville areas and specialize in New Construction, Vacation & Resort, Farm & Land, Relocation, Luxury Homes, Residential Acreages, Lake Property, Development Land, Horse Property and Condominiums.
