No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Coal Harbour is a fairly good option. Finding energetic places in this part of the city is very easy. Even though there are relatively few nearby entertainment venues, there are very often a very large number of people around, and finding one of the approximately 10 bars is very easy because they are generally situated in especially convenient locations. Main streets, including Bute Street, are very good for those who like going out. Coal Harbour is reasonably quiet overall, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. It is very easy to reach public green spaces, since there are a few of them close by for residents to unwind in and most properties for sale have a park nearby.
