I am actively working in the Calgary area marketplace. I interact regularly with my associates, brokerage, and industry associations to keep informed of the real estate industry to support my clients. Originally from Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, I worked in challenging construction positions culminating with managing a concrete ready-mix and precast manufacturing operation. I am a Civil Engineering Technologist and for 12 years in Calgary I specialized in evaluation-restoration of condominiums and commercial facilities. Projects include reserve fund studies, leaky condos, post-tensioning, contract administration, and project management. I have worked through high and low real estate markets. Listing clients include the Alberta Government Trustee, bank foreclosure, relocation, and investors. Other successful transactions include estate, divorce, distressed, and rural properties. I have the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation. I am proud to be part of the industry-leading market presence of RE/MAX. As much as my wife and I can, we take advantage of what Alberta has to offer such as recreational areas, community and sporting events, and points of interest. I also enjoy volunteering for groups helping the less fortunate. I put all I can into my work and pledge to provide the best service possible to my clients.
