Born and raised in Dieppe NB and fluent in both French and English languages, Rachael moved to HRM in 1995 and settled in the Fall River area where she raised her family. Rachael has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and in her early days as President of Teamsters union on behalf of flight attendants.
