His extensive professional background helped him transfer his sales and marketing, market analysis, valuation, due diligence, and project management related skills to real estate and provide quality services as a real estate consultant.

Throughout Murat’s real estate career he has learned many lessons, He knows what to do, what not to do, he watches trends in every angle of the real estate business, from the quality of build to newly built remodels, from comps to inspections, and negotiating with buyers and sellers.
