About Me

Sylvia Niewinski is a Sales Representative with Re/Max Crosstown. As a dedicated mother and tireless entrepreneur, Sylvia was drawn to the real estate experience since her first home purchase in 1999. Owning several businesses (including a successful rock band, for which she was a noted vocalist) has made her an easy-going, free-spirited chameleon with a sharp focus and adaptability to fluid situations. Having both the creative edge and the drive to succeed, it was an easy decision to follow her passion and get licensed as a Real Estate sales representative.

Growing up in Bloor West in Toronto, Sylvia worked with Keller Williams in Toronto and Barrie. But ultimately, the ideal family environment of Midhurst with its open spaces and relaxed backdrop, was her calling. Sylvia covers GTA to Simcoe and surrounding area helping her clients make the right move.

When not engaged with clients, Sylvia spends her time with family and friends, travelling, or being outdoors. If she’s not involved in another personal home improvement project, she’s helping someone with his or hers. Sylvia will work tirelessly for her clients and her dedication and drive will always result in success!
