Chad is a licensed local real estate professional who is extremely passionate about buying and selling homes. With 15 years of experience in the industry, Chad has a directed focus on building long-term relationships with his clients.

What makes Chad unique is his ability to provide a completely personalized experience. Always a phone call, text or email away, Chad works tirelessly with his clients one-on-one until they move into their dream home or get the best possible price on their existing home.

Chad is not a transaction-based realtor; his focus will always be to provide an incredible experience as he helps clients navigate some of the largest financial purchases of their lives.

After attaining a Bachelor of Management degree with a major in Accounting from the University of Lethbridge, Chad has since worked to add multiple real estate designations to his body of educational experience. He remains focused on continuous education in the industry in order to provide added value to clients in any way he can.

Chad is always happy to sit and crunch numbers to ensure that buying or selling a home makes sound financial sense for your family. He bought his first investment property in Calgary in 2008 and has been growing his portfolio ever since.
