Faye Ren joins the Edmonton Home Pros Team with a unique and valuable skillset. Following her achievement of a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Lethbridge, Faye has worked for several multi-national companies from different industries in Calgary, AB. Her fine sense of attention to detail did not go unnoticed at her last Calgary employer (Olympia Trust Company) as she was promoted to the position of Treasurer at the company's important Foreign Exchange Department. Her precision management of compliance, audit and regulatory protocols ensured that the millions of dollars that flowed through the department on a daily basis were properly managed, accounted for, and compliant with internal protocols/procedures as well as Canadian anti-money laundering laws. Faye's interest in real estate began many years ago as she began shopping for her first home in Calgary. She was intrigued by the potential to assist people with one of their biggest decisions in their lives. She remembered the feelings of excitement and nervousness when buying her first home yet, before she found her first home, her experience with Realtors was not always to her expectations. Strong expertise, accountability and top negotiating skills were traits she wanted in a Realtor. She certainly found these traits in Stephen and is excited to work with him. Faye looks forward to leaving her mark on helping the company continually improve its best practices and enhancing customer service. Prior to working with Stephen, she worked in the new home sales industry with the largest developer/builder in the City of Edmonton area. Faye is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. Her partner, Stephen Lau, is fluent in Cantonese Chinese and English.
