Heidi Paranych is an experienced and dedicated real estate professional who has been serving clients in Edmonton and surrounding areas for over three decades. After graduating from the University of Alberta in 1992, Heidi has worked in Real Estate with expertise that spans residential, commercial, condominium, homebuilding and investment. Heidi joined the Terry Paranych Real Estate Team in 1992, after meeting Terry when he sold her childhood home in North East Edmonton. In 2002, Heidi became the Broker/Owner and co- founder of a multi-office RE/MAX Brokerage, where she played an instrumental role in leading the brokerage until selling the business in 2011. If it's connected to Real Estate, Heidi has probably been there, seen that! Her background includes overseeing the construction of over 40 luxury infill homes through her Residential Infill Home building company, Plex Developments. Additionally, she has owned and managed a large-scale residential real estate investment portfolio and has experience in various aspects of real estate, including navigating the rental market, running a successful Airbnb business, and handling large-scale brokerage operations. A lifelong resident of Edmonton, Heidi is deeply invested in her community. She lives with her family—including her husband, Terry, and their children, Matthew (17) and Abigail (13)—in a custom-built infill home, that she built, in the vibrant neighborhood of Crestwood. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals and offers a wealth of personal experience to every transaction.
